Colin Dunne will lead a 2 hour workshop in Irish step dance. The workshop is aimed at both dance and theatre movement artists, and while he will introduce some vocabulary from the traditional step dance repertoire, the class will be taught from his unique stand point as a contemporary practitioner and artist. The aim of the class is to use Irish dance to explore rhythm, musicality, and a lightness of movement around the space.
